We don’t just clean — we revive. Every rug is gently refreshed using tuft-safe methods that protect its texture and color. Plus, we make sure your carving stays sharp and top-tier, and we touch up any frays or loose fibers so your rug looks brand new again. When you want your art piece to feel freshly made and full of life, let us handle the magic.
Do you ship outside of Georgia?
We proudly ship nationally and internationally to any location accessible by FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on your rug’s size, weight, and destination to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your handmade piece. Every order is carefully packaged to protect your rug during transit, so it arrives ready to elevate your space. No matter where you are in the world!
Can I pick up my rug locally?
Yes, if you’re near the Atlanta area, you can schedule a pickup once your rug is complete.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
We take every precaution when shipping, but if something happens in transit, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade, custom orders are non-refundable, but if there’s an issue, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
How long does shipping take once my rug is finished?
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., and international times vary by carrier.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom packaging?
Yes! I offer branded wrapping and can include a personalized message, which is perfect for gifting. We love creating custom experiences, so if you’d like unique packaging or a special delivery style (especially for a significant other or loved one), we can talk through your ideas to make it unforgettable. Please note that custom packaging requests may include an additional fee, depending on the design and materials.

Yes! I offer repair and restoration services specifically for tufted rugs. If your tufted rug has frays, fading, or just needs a refresh, I can provide touch ups and cleaning to bring it back to life. Please note that I only work on tufted rugs, not woven, faux, or traditional styles.
