Absolutely! You can share your artwork, logo, or sketch during the custom order process, and we’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We accept submissions through multiple channels such as email, Instagram direct message, text/phone, or even the Wix chat feature, so you can choose the option that’s easiest for you.

We offer rug sizes ranging from 15 inches (about 1.25 feet) up to 65 inches (about 5.5 feet) — and we can create even larger sizes upon special request. We prefer to measure in inches for precision. To help you visualize: 15 inches is around the size of a throw pillow or laptop screen. 25–30 inches is similar to a medium poster or small coffee table top. 45–55 inches compares to a TV or large art canvas. 60–65 inches is roughly the width of a couch or queen-size headboard. Whether you want something small and decorative or a bold centerpiece, we can create the perfect fit for your space.

Each rug is priced based on its size, level of detail, and design complexity. Smaller or simpler rugs naturally cost less, while larger pieces and highly detailed 3D or high cut pile designs require more time, materials, and precision, making them higher in price. Every rug is handmade from start to finish, ensuring quality and durability that match the value of the work. Because each piece is unique, pricing is discussed during the custom order process so you receive a quote tailored specifically to your design and vision.

A deposit is required to begin your custom rug order, and it goes toward the total price of your rug. It is not an extra fee. For all standard orders, a 50% deposit is due upfront, with the remaining balance due before your rug is completed or shipped. If you choose the 4-payment plan, your first payment is due when you order, and the remaining payments must be completed within 1.5 months (typically every two weeks) until the full amount is paid.

We’ll send progress photos or videos throughout the process so you can watch your creation come to life.

Yes! If you have an idea but no visual, I’ll help you develop it. You can describe your vision or share color themes, and I’ll create a concept sketch before starting your rug.

Yes! Small adjustments to your design or colors are welcome in the early stages of the process. However, once tufting begins, changes can no longer be made since the design is already being woven into the rug. To make sure you get exactly what you want, I’ll confirm all details with you before I start tufting.

Yes! Many of my rugs can be made in 3D with hand carved details, giving them extra depth and texture. It’s a premium option that adds a bold, high-end look to your design.

I can absolutely use your rug or logo as inspiration! While I don’t make exact copies of existing designs, I’ll create a custom version that captures the same vibe while making it original, personal, and uniquely yours.
