Designed for busy households, art lovers, and anyone who wants to preserve the beauty of their rugs, this plan gives your pieces the gentle, professional care they deserve—every single month. What’s included: • One deep clean per month for one tufted rug (up to 70 inches) • Surface vacuuming, spot treatment, and line refreshing carving techniques • Priority scheduling & reminders • Surprise gifts or discounts every few months as a thank-you Keep your rugs soft, vibrant, and full of life—without lifting a finger.
Cancellation Policy
Rugs over 70 inches will have a $10 upcharge. • No restoration of burns, deep stains, or damaged areas. • Cancellations are not accepted once the rug is mailed. • Service includes: vacuuming, deodorizing, mid-surface cleaning, light spot treatment, and carving (if the rug allows; no carving on loop pile rugs). • No deep cleaning to the base or glue layer. • Only yarn-based rugs are accepted. • Turnaround time: 2–3 business days. Liability: I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak glue, or stains that do not lift. Handmade rugs are delicate, and results may vary. Upon booking, you accept you have read and understood this policy and its terms.
